Overview

DaLat is one of the attrative destination of Vietnam adventure tours. This place is located on a verdant plateau containing pine forests and lakes. At 1,500 meters above sea level, Dalat's cool climate provides a pleasant respite from the heat and humidity of the lowlands and it was for this reason that the French developed it in the early 1900's as a summer retreat. Dalat's colonial influences can still be seen in its cathedral and some of the 2,000 villas that dot the town. The town has a relaxed atmosphere and is very popular with Vietnamese holiday makers, primarily honeymooners.

Full Itinerary

Day 1: Ho Chi Minh City - Dalat

In the morning, take a scenic drive from Ho Chi Minh City to the central highland resort of Da Lat. En route, stop at rubber, tea and coffee plantations. Upon arrival in Da Lat, stop to visit Prenn waterfall then check into hotel. Overnight in Dalat

Day 2: Dalat – City Sightseeing ( Breakfast, Lunch )

Enjoy a full day of sightseeing in and around Dalat. Take a cable car ride to Tuyen Lam Lake. Visit the summer residence of Bao Dai, Vietnam’s last emperor, the fascinating Crazy House, the cathedrals and convents that populate this former French retreat. Da Lat’s temperate climate makes it ideal for vegetable and flower cultivation, and the tour includes a visit to the Da Lat Market and the Dalat Flower Garden to see a variety of orchid species. Finally,take a horse-drawn cart around Xuan Huong Lake and see the old steam engines of the Da Lat Cremaillere Railway.
Overnight in Da Lat.

Day 3: Dalat - surroundings ( Breakfast )

In the morning, drive to Langbiang mountain (12km from Dalat). En route, view the sight of Da lLt suburb gardener. On arrival, visit Lat Village, home of Lat ethnic minority at the base of the mountain. Then, clim to conquer the summit of the Langbiang Mountain. After that, we visit Vang Spring, Bac Spring and Dankia Lake before heading back to Dalat at noon.
In the afternoon, free at leisure. Overnight in Da Lat.

Day 4: Dalat – Ho Chi Minh City ( Breakfast )

In the morning, visit the colourful Da Lat Market to see the variety of flowers, vegetables, and fruits available in Dalat’s temperate climate. Depart for drive to Ho Chi Minh City. Arrive in Ho Chi Minh City in late afternoon.
